Subwoofer isolation works by decoupling the subwoofer from the floor, so less energy gets transferred to the floor and wasted. Vv Click "SHOW MORE" vV
Noise and rattles also spoil an otherwise great sounding experience. Just be sure not to drag them on the floor. Pick the sub up if you're going to move it to avoid ripping or loosening the feet.
Don't be surprised if you have to turn the subs down a little after installation. I had to turn the sub trim on the AVR down by .05 to 1.0 db to get it back to the same level, but my wood floor sucked up a lot of bass energy, so your experience may vary.
