The time on the video corresponds to the frequency, so 30 sec. = 30Hz, 45 sec = 45Hz and so on. You WON'T hear anything in the first few seconds because the frequency is too low. If you do, you may be over stressing the speakers. You should hear a clean sine wave tone. If there is any distortion or knocking sounds, you may be over stressing your amp or speakers.
You can find the resonant (tuned) frequency of ported speakers by watching the cone move. At the point it is moving the least is the tuned frequency.
